Terms and conditions

• Members will enjoy the lowest price promotion when purchasing tickets via the event portal. When purchasing tickets for applicable flight routes, the prices displayed on the event page already have this discount applied.
• A maximum of 9 persons (excluding infants) per reservation number (PNR) is allowed, and only one verified valid Dynasty member is required to enjoy the ticket purchase discount.
• If the member is a child, the tickets must be purchased with an adult travelling together. This offer is not applicable for infant tickets.
• This discount only applies to the published fare. It does not apply to fuel surcharges, booking service charge, taxes and ancillary services fee (including prepaid excess baggage and seat selection fee).
• This discount can be used to purchase one-way, round-trip tickets, tickets for itineraries that enter and exit from different cities of the same country/region (open-jaw).
• Only applicable for China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines self-operated flights. Itineraries that include code-share, interline flights, or Mandarin Airlines domestic flights are not eligible for this discount.
  • Example 1：Los Angeles* to Fukuoka via Taipei is not eligible for this discount. *As the departure from Los Angeles is not within the scope of this Members' Day offer, this discount offer is not applicable.
  • Example 2：Outbound：Auckland(CI9998) via Sydney(CI52) to Taipei, Return：Taipei to Auckland (CI53); this discount offer is not applicable.
• After the ticket is issued, changes of the flight booking or canceling the booking should be subject to additional processing fees, fare and tax differences. For the detailed ticket refund/change rules of each product, please refer to the Fare Condition when booking.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, such as online travel expo offers, early bird offers, credit card discounts, mileage redeem, birthday special discount etc.
